Assemblio Composer
From CAD file to completed worker instructions in minutes
Reduce manual work, coordination loops, and sources of error — with AI-supported planning and ready-to-use assembly instructions.

Everyone knows what's happening — always, everywhere, up to date
With Assemblio Composer, you can make design data ready for assembly in minutes
Plan once, use anywhere.
No data breaches
Ohne Datenbrüche
The Assemblio Composer bundles all your assembly know-how in one place. This ensures digitized processes, automated procedures and simplifies the entire planning process.
Assembly instructions with a single click
With the help of AI your planned assembly steps automatically turn into understandable worker instructions as a PDF, interactive view or video. Just click on export. This reduces documentation costs, speeds up deployment and relieves your teams in day-to-day business.

Scaling by deriving the MBOM
Construction data is automatically and AI-supported translated into part lists, without media breaks and without rework. Ensure a continuous and up-to-date data flow and facilitate coordination between engineering, work preparation and manufacturing.
Prevent mistakes before they happen
Plan, simulate and validate your assembly steps in one tool. By checking for feasibility at an early stage, you can identify problems before they arise and become expensive. In this way, you gain safety, save time and money and avoid downtimes.

Efficient changes without duplication of work
With the AI change manager, you can apply changes in seconds, using existing models as a basis. Identical and similar steps are automatically recognized, so you don't have to start from scratch every time and can track changes at any time.
All information, all responsibilities, all under control
You manage documents, roles and approval processes centrally in the system. This allows you to maintain control over who creates, reviews, or uses content and provides important know-how. Queries and additional costs can be significantly reduced.

Easy to understand, ready to use
Assemblio Composer is designed to be usable without previous knowledge, even for those unfamiliar with CAD systems. All functions are simple and understandable, and the operation is clearly structured. This allows you to get started immediately, without lengthy training or familiarization.
Scale securely
Assemblio meets the highest standards of data security — even for critical infrastructure.
certified
compliant
Even during the first use with Assemblio, it becomes clear that we reduce the time required to create assembly instructions enormously. It is immediately apparent which assembly steps need to be planned during construction, and even changes during the course of the project are incorporated quickly and reliably. Assemblio even allows adjustments from an ongoing project to be incorporated into existing assembly instructions. This supports the quality standards that we live by at WEISS.

Assemblio FAQs
- How is AI used at Assemblio?
Assemblio uses AI to efficiently manage changes and versioning of your CAD files. The AI change manager automatically recognizes the same or similar assembly steps and adopts them. Existing models that you have uploaded serve as a basis.
Your data remains protected at all times and is not used by us: it is processed in isolation, not used for training external models, and remains completely your property.
In addition, the AI supports the automatic generation of descriptive texts in various languages. Assemblio will soon be able to automatically read and process additional media content.
We are continuously developing our AI functions to make the planning and documentation process even more efficient.
- How complex can my product be, how many individual parts can my product contain?
In principle, Assemblio is designed to efficiently process even complex products with many individual parts. The maximum recommended limit is currently up to 5,000 individual parts or BOM entries per product. However, actual processability depends heavily on the type and structure of your components, such as model quality, nesting depth, or file size. For this reason, we recommend a personal consultation for particularly complex products or large assemblies. We would be happy to look at your CAD data together with you and individually check whether and how your product can be optimally represented in Assembly. This is how we ensure that you get the best user experience with our software.
- Does Assemblio save or reuse CAD files?
No, the design data is not stored on our servers, but is only temporarily processed in order to analyze it and convert it into a web-ready format. They are only loaded into the cache and deleted immediately after the conversion. No original CAD or design files are stored on our servers, only the assembly instruction projects generated from them.
- Which file types can be used by Assemblio?
Assemblio supports a variety of common CAD file formats to ensure smooth integration and further processing of your 3D models. The following file types can currently be easily imported and processed: .step, .stp, .p21, .jt For other formats, simply contact us: For other formats, simply contact us.
