How we protect your data

Your data belongs to you, and we make sure it stays that way. Secure, encrypted, to the highest standards.

Assemblio is ISO 27001:2022 certified and therefore meets the highest international standards for information security. Our processes and systems are regularly checked and guarantee maximum data security, transparency and reliability for our customers.

We rely on a multi-level, modern safety concept:

• Access management with role and user administration
• 2-factor authentication (2FA)
• SSL certificates and secure HTTPS connections
• Web application firewall (WAF) and ongoing system monitoring
• Regular audits by external partners and TÜV

We also work with specialized partners such as Secjur and Barracuda Networks. In this way, we ensure that our measures always comply with the latest technology.

Assemblio runs exclusively on Microsoft Azure servers in Frankfurt and Amsterdam. This guarantees that all of your data remains within the European legal area, in compliance with regional regulations, GDPR-compliant and protected by data sovereignty. The infrastructure itself meets the highest standards, including physical access controls, locally redundant data storage and 24/7 monitoring.

With Assemblio, all data is end-to-end encrypted. We use the latest technologies such as TLS 1.3 and RSA 2048 bit to transfer data. Our transmission security is regularly audited externally and meets the highest data protection and integrity requirements.

Assemblio doesn't store your design data permanently. The uploaded CAD files are only processed temporarily to generate a simplified, triangulated 3D model. This model does not include any technical parameters, dimensions, or design logic. The original data is deleted immediately after processing.

Even during the first use with Assemblio, it becomes clear that we reduce the time required to create assembly instructions enormously. It is immediately apparent which assembly steps need to be planned during construction, and even changes during the course of the project are incorporated quickly and reliably. Assemblio even allows adjustments from an ongoing project to be incorporated into existing assembly instructions. This supports the quality standards that we live by at WEISS.
